(LLCT) - Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW dated October 22, 2018, of the 12th Tenure of the Politburo on further protecting the ideological foundation of the Party, fighting and opposing wrongful and hostile views in the new situation asserts that protecting the ideological foundation of the Party means defending the Party, its Political Program and line, as well as the people, the socialist law-ruled state, and socialist democracy in the country. This article focuses on clarifying some contents, modes and methods to protect the ideological foundation (Marxism - Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought), and prevent wrongful and hostile views in the current context.

(LLCT) - The theory of socio-economic forms is one of the most important content topics of the Marxist historical materialism whose founders pointed out the most general movement rules of human society. As a result, a great number of countries chose the theory of socio-economic forms as the theoretical basis to build socialism. However, after the collapse of the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe as well as the continuous changes in the world amidst the Industrial Revolution 4.0, many people were skeptical about the correctness and scientism of this theory. Thus, bases are needed to fight against the wrong views to protect the scientific and revolutionary character of the theory of socio-economic forms in the current context.

(LLCT) - Protestantism was introduced into Vietnam in around the early 1900s. Due to a number of religious, cultural, social, and political reasons, Protestantism mostly developed in Southern Vietnam with a limited number of followers, though missionaries tried hard to convert people before 1975. Since the mid-1980s, Protestantism has spread widely in Vietnam, especially among ethnic minorities in the Central Highlands and North-West regions. This spread has posed a lot of issues in terms of awareness and policy.

(LLCT) - Motivation is a combination of inner factors creating a driving force for development. One problem that is both urgent and strategic in the current theoretical research is studying to discover the driving forces to promote the country's socio-economic development rapidly and sustainably. These factors must act, activate and create thrust for the subject of society, which is people. In other words, it is necessary to find and activate the total motivation to create constant drive, resilience, and creativity for the people – the owners of economic and national development.

(LLCT) - The article defines the concept of “Vietnamese communitarianism” and affirms the ability of Vietnamese communitarianism to address many cultural and development issues. Vietnamese communitarianism is one of the core values of Vietnamese traditional political culture. It was formed and developed throughout the history of construction, defense, and expansion of the nation. Today, in the context of globalization and international integration, it is necessary to fully realize and promote Vietnamese communitarianism in order to mobilize social forces and capital to have optimal solutions for the relationships between the individual, community, and the entire nation; between the nation and international community; between the past, present and future; as well as between survival and development.

(LLCT) - International cooperation at the AJC is one of the areas with active development and achieved many significant results in recent years. In 05 years from 2014 to 2019, the AJC’s international cooperation activities have been promoted in both width and depth. International activities were diversified, including all different types of activities: delegations go aboard, delegations come from other countries, training cooperation projects, staff capacity building projects, strengthening facilities, themes for international research and international scientific conferences. International cooperation has played an essential role in improving the quality of training and scientific research of the AJC.

(LLCT) - The human resource development on one hand should have an overall and long-term strategic vision; and on the other hand in each period, it is necessary to develop specific orientations, from which to assess the opportunities, challenges, difficulties, limitations and causes... to set development goals and solutions appropriate for that period and the socio-economic context at home and abroad.

(LLCT) - In April 2018, the HCMA and WBVN signed an engagement note with the Overarching objective is to foster multifaceted and two-way knowledge sharing on key social, economic and political issues between the two institutions.

(LLCT) - The issue of ethnicity and religion in Vietnam is always very sensitive and complicated. If it is not properly resolved, it will lead to instability in politics, social order and safety, creating an excuse for hostile forces to intervene in national internal affairs. Therefore, in order to successfully solve the issues related to ethnicity and religion, it is necessary to comply with the following principles: ensuring political security, social order and safety; ensuring the rights of ethnic minorities, the people's right to freedom of religion, and at the same time resolutely fighting against the abuse of ethnicity and religious issues for political purposes; ensuring solidarity among ethnic minorities and religions; improving the material and spiritual life of ethnic and religious people. All of these requirements are the responsibility of the whole political system under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

(LLCT) - Providing information and communication on national sovereignty in general, Vietnamese sovereignty over the sea and islands in particular is one of the important tasks of our national press system. In fact, press agencies from central to local level have done quite well. For better results, it is necessary to have an annual system of innovative solutions concerning both content and methods, ways of communicating information to each subject, time and topics. On that basis, this would lead to solutions to improve the effectiveness of information and communication of the press on our national sovereignty over the sea and islands.
