(LLCT) - Policy is an important tool that every country and organization uses to manage society and entities effectively. While practical and suitable policies contribute to social development enhancement, inappropriate policies can easily cause crises and social and organizational disorder, hindering development. Common causes of policy crises are unprofessional processes of developing, issuing, and spreading awareness of policies. Fully understanding the causes of policy crises requires solutions to improve the quality of policy development, issuance, and communication.

(LLCT) - During the renewal process of our country, the Party and the State have attached great importance to dealing with the ethnic affairs and have achieved remarkable results in many fields, including economics, politics, cultural-societal, and national defense-security; however, there are still many obstacles and shortcomings in the daily goal of assisting our ethnic minority countrymen. Therefore, it is necessary to continue implementing multiple different solutions in order to effectively deal with ethnic affairs, contribute to the consolidation of national unity, ensure political stability, and increase resources for the sustainable development of the country in the new period. 

(LLCT) - Although there have been remarkable results in the implementation of the National Target Program for New Rural Areas Construction, there remain a lot of limitations and weaknesses which are caused by the negative effect of small-scaled farmer mindset. Analyzing the negative effects of small-scaled farmer mindset, both in awareness as well as in implementation of the new rural areas, will help Vietnam meet the building targets and overcome the negative effects of small-scaled farmer mindset in building new rural areas in the coming period.

(LLCT) - In recent years, due to the introduction and development of various religions, especially Protestantism and new religious phenomena, the spiritual and religious life of ethnic minorities in the Northwest of Vietnam has changed dramatically, bringing about new manifestations in the ethnic-religious relationship. These new manifestations have both positive and negative sides, posing potential risks to national unity and causing socio-political instability. Therefore, the ethnic and religious affairs of the State and Party must identify these early manifestations to propose timely solutions.

(LLCT) -  In the context of market economy development and administrative reform, the State not only organizes and manages the society through legal institutions but also through satisfying the essential needs of people - providing public services for the society. In order to well perform this function, it is necessary to renovate and clearly define the roles and functions of the state apparatus in general and its roles and responsibilities in public service delivery in particular in order to improve the quality and the effectiveness of this activity, better satisfying the increasing demands of the people and society, achieving the goal of sustainable socio-economic development and building the State stronger and better.

(LLCT) - Party building science is the outcome of Vietnam’s revolutionary process and the national development. The urgent and long-term tasks of Party building science is to study and highlight the leadership role, content, and method of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Along with its establishment, development, and maturity, Party building science further clarifies its subject, content, tasks and study methods. On that basis, suitable development directions and content for Party building science is identified, and the requirements to meet the new revolutionary situation are met.

(LLCT) - Previously, Karl Marx presented a historical materialism approach to the nature of degeneration: “Degeneration is a social phenomenon originating from humans and human society; it is deterioration of labour; consequently, humans are gradually losing their human characteristics; human beings are not themselves anymore and they turn back to rule and enslave human beings and human society”. From Karl Marx’s approach to degeneration, the author confirms  that degeneration is a popular social phenomenon in Vietnam nowadays. It exists in many fields of social life, which specifically include degeneration in production behaviours (or labour morphology) and labour products; degeneration in social relations; degeneration in systems of social values; deteriorated power; degeneration in belief behaviour and religious faith.

(LLCT) - Over the past years, non-traditional crime has emerged, developed and directly affected the stability and development of nations in the world, including Vietnam. Currently, some types of non-traditional crime in our country tend to be increasing and developing in a complex manner, causing many severe consequences in security, social order and public safety. Based on analysis and clarification of the concepts, characteristics and situation of non-traditional crime in Vietnam at present, the article recommends some solutions to prevent and suppress this crime, contributing to the development of a stable society.

(LLCT) - At present, the model of special administrative-economic units is being piloted to create innovative and breakthrough administrative and economic mechanisms and policies, creating a motive force for boosting our national economy. In order to achieve the set objectives, it is necessary to thoroughly grasp the Party and State's viewpoints and orientations on the development of special administrative-economic units, thereby formulating organizational and institutional models and policies in line with reality.

(LLCT) - The article presents the characteristics and general structure of Vietnamese entrepreneurs, analyses their positive contributions to and limitations in social development and management of social development of Vietnam in the renewal process. The article also suggests some solutions to promote the role of entrepreneurs in social development and management of social development in Vietnam nowadays.
