(PTOJ) - Stemming from the correct and profound awareness of the role of culture during the leadership of the Vietnamese revolution, the Party has always attached great importance to culture with the steadfast view that “culture must be promoted on par with economics, politics and society”. Speaking at the National Cultural Conference on November 24, 2021, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong reiterated this thesis in the new development conditions of the country. This article analyzes the scientific, humanistic and revolutionary nature of this thesis.

(PTOJ) - After 35 years of renovation, the Party has proved its leadership capacity with undeniable achievements, creating for the country an unprecedented fortune, potential, position and international prestige. In order to achieve theese great achievements, our Party has constantly renovated the content and method of leadership and direction in accordance with the practical requirements set forth in each stage of the country's development. In particular, the renovation of the promulgation, review and summary of the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions is considered a breakthrough in reforming the Party's leadership method in the new situation.

(PTOJ) - Culture and economy are two key areas of social life. If the economy is considered the material foundation of society, then culture is its spiritual one. There is a close relationship between culture and economy, which regulates each other. Therefore, it is optimal for countries to harmonize the relationship between culture and economy to achieve sustainable development goals. The article focuses on clarifying the relationship between culture and economy and proposes solutions to promote the role of culture as a breakthrough driving force for economic development in Vietnam today.

(PTOJ) - The article analyzes and clarifies the thought that the Party’s leadership is the decisive factor in the victories of the Vietnamese revolution - the main thought in the book “Some theoretical and practical issues of socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam” by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. Through the process of revolutionary leadership, our Party has become mature, and worthy of the role and mission of leading the revolution, and in order to maintain this role, it is necessary to strengthen the building and rectification of a transparent and robust Party.

(PTOJ) - The Documents of the 13th Party Congress clearly state the policy on international integration, especially the policy of peryorming comprehensive international integration proactively and actively in the new context. The article focuses on clarifying the scientific foundations and solutions to promote the implementation of Vietnam’s policy of comprehensive international integration in order to realize the aspirations to develop a prosperous and happy country.

(PTOJ) - In recent years, Vietnam's dialogue and struggle activities in human rights have contributed to maintaining socio-political stability, defending the Party and the socialist regime, and promoting relations with partners, ensuring a favorable international environment for the construction and development of the country. The article clarifies the concept, object, and characteristics of dialogue and struggles on human rights, identifies plots and countermeasures of hostile forces in this field and proposes ways to conduct dialogue and struggle with international organizations, hostile organizations, and individuals at home and abroad.

(PTOJ) - The accelerated growth of information technology today has paved the way for improving the efficiency of national governance and the enforcement of justice in the world. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the continuous development of digital technology have also profoundly changed the operation of courts. In that context, Vietnamese courts advocate promoting the application of information technology, utilizing the opportunities brought by the technological revolution to build electronic courts - one of the most important tasks of the judicial reform strategy in the People’s courts in order to improve operational efficiency and build a modern court as required in the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress.

(PTOJ) - The 13^th Party Congress called for igniting the country’s development aspirations to make Vietnam a developed country with a socialist orientation by the middle of the twenty-first century. The article examines the fundamental perspectives and answers for achieving rapid and sustainable growth in Vietnam from 2021 to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

(PTOJ) - Over the years, implementing the Resolution of the 13^thCongress, the Party's resolutions on judicial reform, the National Assembly's resolutions, the people's court system has been innovative and creative, made constant efforts, drastically implemented many breakthrough solutions, successfully accomplished the tasks assigned by the Party, State and people. The article clarifies the achievements and orientations for judicial reform in the coming time.

(LLCT) - Non-farm diversification has been found to be welfare enhancing for Vietnamese rural households. This paper highlights the nexus between such trend and household vulnerability to poverty in rural Vietnam. Pertinent policy recommendations are discussed, taking into account the heterogeneity of the relationship.
