Abstract: The article analyzes and clarifies the requirements, tasks, and solutions for Party building in terms of culture and morality mentioned by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong in his speech to direct the National Cultural Conference to implement the 13^thNational Party Congress’ Resolution printed in the book “Some theoretical and practical issues on socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam”.
