Abstract: Renovating the Party’s leadership and ruling methods is one of the tasks set out by the 13th Party Congress. This is the first time our Party uses the new concept of “the methods of leadership and rulling”. This new concept comes from mature theoretical and practical issues. In order to renew the leadership and ruling methods, it is necessary to clearly define the content of the Party’s leadership and ruling methods and on that basis to have solutions to renovate the leadership and rulling methods appropriately.
