Abstract: The article analyzes and clarifies the thought that the Party's leadership is the decisive factor of victories of the Vietnamese revolution – the main thought in the book “Some theoretical and reality on socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam” by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. Through the process of revolutionary leadership, our Party has become mature, worthy of the role and mission of leading the revolution, and in order to maintain this role, it is necessary to strengthen the building and rectification of a transparent and strong Party.
