The steadfast goal of national independence and socialism in the Vietnamese revolution

Abstract: Since its establishment, our Party has determined the goal of national independence associated with socialism. In the process of national liberation struggle (1930-1975), independence and reunification was the biggest goal and aspiration, the task of building socialism was set out and gradually implemented. From 1975 up to now, it has carried out two tasks of building socialism and firmly defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland. The reality of Vietnam's revolution has proven that, with steadfast determination of the goal of national independence and socialism, the country has acquired the position, potential and prestige as it is today.
