Abstract: Respecting, protecting and ensuring human rights is the consistent standpoint that the Party and the State of Vietnam have pursued throughout all guidelines, policies, and laws. In the national renewal and international integration, despite the fact that Vietnam has gained many achievements in ensuring human rights, reactionary and hostile forces deliberately distort and provoke Vietnam with the allegation of "Dossier of Human Rights, which alleged that human rights in Vietnam is worsening”. The article focuses on analyzing, identifying and refuting distorted and wrongful claims of reactionary and hostile forces on human rights in Vietnam, contributing to protecting the ideological foundation of the Party.
Keywords: human rights; refuting wrongful and hostile claims.
