Abstract: Binh Duong province's population is diverse, often receiving new migrants; the population structure has changed profoundly towards multi-ethnic, multi-regional, multi-national and multi-cultural. The socio-economic development achievements of Binh Duong are the contributions of all classes of the population, in which immigrants play an essential role. In the coming years, Binh Duong province needs to develop and implement planning and mechanisms for sustainable population management and development with an orientation for building a population database system associated with socio-economic development strategies, integrating population management in economic, social and cultural development programs and plans, linking population development and management policies with sustainable population policies.
