Abstract: Ho Chi Minh’s thought on foreign affairs has remained valuable in both theoretical and practical terms. At the 13th National Congress, the Party’s foreign relations have been adjusted, supplemented, and developed on par with international tendencies and national changes after 35 years of national renewal. The article clarifies Ho Chi Minh’s thought on foreign relations and the Party’s implementation of such viewpoints in the Documents of the 13th Congress.
