Abstract: In order to realize the goal of buildingVietnam to be a developed and high-income country, ensuring the socialist orientation in the middle of the 21^st century, it is necessary to fully identify and act accurately and timely the strategic issues of the country. In which, there is the problem of building and ensuring a social structure suitable to the context and development goals of Vietnam. On the basis of clarifying the elements and from the perspective of approaching social structure, the article gives some orientations to contribute to building an appropriate social structure in Vietnam, towardensuringdevelopment goals inaccordance withthe socialist orientation.
