Abstract: Renewing theleadership method is a major policy of theParty in Party building work. Party building and rectification must include building a scientific, effective and efficient leadership method, suitable to the object of leadership and to objective circumstances and conditions in order to put leadership content into practice. The article clarifies achievements and limitations in renewing the Party's leadership method with the operation of the political system over the past 15 years of implementing the Resolution of the 5^th Party Central Committee(10^th term); propose directions and solutions to continue strongly renewing the Party's leadership method in the new situation.
