Abstract: Studyon social change plays an important role in predicting the trend of movement and development of society, thereby having the basis for building and planning social policies suitable to country development practice. Applying K. Marx's scientific methodology on social change in studying this issue in Vietnam today will help identify and forecast the changing trend of social issues, contributing to identifying the reasonable intervention policies, building a society of sustainable development.
