Ensuring social security in the United Kingdom and its implications for Vietnam

Abstract: Social security is a safe and tranquil state of a social community in which security, order, and safety are the most essential indicators reflecting people’s quality of life and happiness. Currently, many actual hazards, such as military conflicts, local wars, natural disasters, environmental disasters, and pandemics... are still threatening the normal life of many people worldwide. The article reviews the establishment and development of the social security system in the UK, thereby providing some implications on social security policies for Vietnam.
