Abstract: Before the development of modern capitalism, bourgeois scholars, reactionary elements and opportunistic elements continuously launched arguments distorting Marx's theory of surplus value, claiming that the theory obsolete, no longer revolutionary and scientific, and no longer relevant. The article focuses on clarifying the scientific and revolutionary nature of Marx's theory of surplus value and its value in the current period.
