Abstract: In Vietnam today, the socialist law-ruled state and associations have a close and reciprocal relationship. The law-ruled state is increasingly perfected when the people's right to form associations is guaranteed and associations fully play their roles. On the other hand, associations cannot function effectively and properly perform their functions without a transparent, strong, and effective law-ruled State. Therefore, in order to perfect the socialist law-ruled State in Vietnam and promote the role of associations, it is necessary to study and better understand the relationship between the law-ruled State and associations.
