Abstract: The Communist Party of China has made many important theoretical and practical achievements in the cause of Party building and national development in China. The article approaches from the creative and theoretical practice of the Chinese Communist Party, especially in the period of reform and opening up, to explain the “features” in the theoretical system with Chinese characteristics, in which it analyzes the characteristics of the theoretical system, the use of words and terms, the practice, the people, the era, and the scientific connotation of the features in socialism with Chinese characteristics.
