Abstract: The 13^thParty Congress is the one that has aroused the aspiration of national development to making Vietnam become a socialist-oriented developed country by the mid-21^stcentury. The path of rapid and sustainable development has been further confirmed in the 13^thParty Congress as a correct and necessary choice. The article analyzes the fundamentals and solutions addressed by the 13^thParty Congress for rapid and sustainable national development in the 2021-2030 period with a vision to 2045.
