Abstract: Institutional renovation, construction, and completion is considered one of the three strategic breakthroughs by the Party and the State of Vietnam. With its roles and responsibilities of the representative agency of the people, holding the supreme state power, the National Assembly of Vietnam has accelerated institutional reforms contributing to the construction and comprehensively completion of the institution for national sustainable development, meeting requirements of national renewal and international integration.
