Abstract: Over the years, implementing the Resolution of the 12^thParty Congress, the Party’s resolutions on judicial reform, the National Assembly’s resolutions, the people’s court system has constantly renewed and innovated, drastically implemented many breakthrough solutions, and well fulfilled the tasks assigned by the Party, State and people. The article clarifies the achievements and orientations for judicial reform in the coming time.
