Abstract: During the process of leading the revolution, the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh have always focused on the practical review and theoretical research. The results of this work have contributed to the development of the Party’s theoretical thinking, providing theoretical and practical arguments as a basis for determining the Party’s viewpoints, lines and leadership policies. The 13^thParty Congress attaches special importance to practical review and theoretical research to solve new problems posed by reality.
