Abstract:Every country, every community is at risk of facing adversity nowadays. Building community resilience is a fundamental part of building national strength and increasing the resilience of nations and communities against adversity. It is the capacity-building process in terms of material, systematic, structural, and social capacity. During that process, leaders stand out as strategists and policymakers for risk mitigation and adversity resilience, who mobilize resources to respond to adversity and effectively connect stakeholders inside and outside the community.
