Abstract:President Joe Biden won the election in the context of complicated changes in the world and the internal affairs of the United States, especially the strong impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the rise of China. Despite that, the White House has announced no specific foreign strategy so far, from the actions of the President and his cabinet, the author outlines the central sketches of the American foreign affairs under Joe Biden Presidency with bold colors: “Intelligent Power”; “America returns”; and “build back better”; the  “Indo-Pacific” strategy version 2.0 and the counterbalance in relations with China and Russia. Such analysis can be served as suggestions for Vietnam’s foreign activities.
