Abstract: The Party’s views and approach to the political system and renovation of Vietnam’s political system has been changed and renewed regularly. The Party’s Political platform, documents of Party congresses, Party resolutions, and realities of the Party’s leadership are where such renovation can be found. The 13^thParty Congress has supplemented and developed new issues, particularly the new approach to building Vietnam’s political system.
