Abstract: Vietnam has undergone many development phases with significant events, marking the turning points in national history. The victory of the August Revolution in 1945 was one of those turning points, marking the foundation of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam; thereby, the Vietnamese people entered a new era - the era of independence, freedom, and socialism. Until now, there still exist some distorted opinions about the events of the August Revolution led by the Indochinese Communist Party. Such allegations come from people lacking goodwill and knowledge. The historical truth, which took place over 76 years ago (1945-2021), remains an immortal value that no one can distort.
