Abstract: In social leadership and management activities, improving legal knowledge has a particularly important position. Knowledge, respect and observance of the law by cadres and people are the foundation of the political system and cultural lifestyle of each person. The article focuses on clarifying methods of legal education for commune-level cadres and people in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, analyzing the current situation and proposing solutions to raise legal awareness of commune-level cadres and people in ethnic minority and mountainous areas currently.
