Abstract: Bringing the Resolution of the 13^thParty Congress into teaching and learning at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and political schools in provinces and cities is an important political task, helping learners to update the important the Party's points and policies and apply them to work practice. The article analyzes a number of contents in the Document of the 13^thParty Congress from the perspective of approaching the subject of “sociologyin leadership and management”, thereby providing some suggestions for updating these contents in the future curriculum development and teaching.
