Abstract: The 13^thParty Congress defined the national development perspective, set out strategic goals, key targets, and strategic breakthroughs, thereby setting out directions, tasks and solutions for national development from 2021 to 2025 with a vision to 2030 and 2045. It is urgent to fully grasp and apply these guidelines in each region and locality. From the reality of the Central Region and Central Highlands, the article points out the views and solutions for socio-economic development in the region that are suitable to the current national development and integration context.
