Abstract: The Document of the 13^thParty Congress clearly states the policy on international integration, especially the policy of proactive, comprehensive and extensive international integration in the new context. The article focuses on clarifying the scientific basis and solutions to promote the implementation of Vietnam’s policy of proactive, comprehensive and extensive international integration to realize the development aspiration of a prosperous and happy country.
