Abstract: During the renewal period, the Party popularly used the phrase the Party’s leadership method. In the Document of the 13^thParty Congress, together with the concept of the Party’s leadership method, the Party used the concept of the Party’s leadership and ruling method for the first time. The article clarifies several theoretical issues about the Party’s leadership method and the Party’s ruling method; the relationship between the Party’s leadership method and the Party’s ruling method; Party’s leadership and ruling.
