Abstract: An appropriate and efficient set of policies for social development needs to be based on the precise analysis of social structure changes throughout development stages. The article analyses the changes in Vietnam’s social structure, thereby addressing significant challenges and proposing solutions to contribute to policy planning in social development and management of social development to match the changing tendency of social structure in Vietnam’s new development stage.
