Abstract: Culture is the spiritual foundation of society, the goal and driving force of national development. Culture plays a vital role in forming and developing human personality and national identity. The article presents the important contents and the roles of cultural values ​​of ethnic minorities in the Central Highlands in their social life; thereby proposes orientations to improve the preservation and promotion of cultural values ​​of ethnic minorities in the Central Highlands in light of the 13^thParty Congress.
