(PTOJ) - Renovation of the leadership method is a major guideline of the Party in the process of Party building. Building and rectifying the Party includes developing a scientific, effective, and efficient leadership method that is suitable for the leadership and for the objective circumstances and conditions in order to practice of leadership into material reality. This article clarifies the achievements and limitations of the renovation of the Party’s leadership method within the operation of the political system over the past 15 years, while implementing the Resolutions of the 5th Party Central Committee, Tenure X; proposed the direction and solutions to continue to strongly renovate the Party’s leadership methods under the new cirumstances.

(PTOJ) - The book “Some theoretical and practical issues on socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam” by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong speaks extensively on theoretical and practical issues in many areas. Building and rectifying the Party comprehensively in regards to purity and strength is very prominent in the content of the book and is profoundly, comprehensively and enthusiastically included in many articles and speeches by the General Secretary.

(PTOJ) - In the new context of the era, identifying appropriate development goals and paths has been a major issue facing all nations and peoples. In Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh, the Party and people chose the path of national independence associated with socialism. By persevering and steadfastly pursuing that goal, the Vietnamese revolution has overcome numerous formidable challenges and obtain tremendous achievements. The practice proves that the core, sustainable and decent values of socialism which humanity is striving towards have been gradually realized and deeply demonstrated through the work “Some theoretical and practical issues about socialism and the path towards socialism in Vietnam” by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

(PTOJ) - The theory about national renewal (Doi Moi) in Vietnam is based on Marxism - Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought; at the same time inherits and promotes the exemplary traditional values of Vietnam and absorbs human cultural quintessence. The article clarifies the national traditional values that need to be inherited and upheld in completing the theory about national renewal and the principles that need to be adhered to in that process.

Editorial Board - In the context of the entire Party and people proactively implementing the Resolution of the 13^th Party Congress, promoting socio-economic development, safely and flexibly adapting to and effectively controlling the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as in the context of the entire Academy rigorously implementing the 2022’s critical tasks in the spirit of “Focus - Responsibility - Discipline - Exemplification - Creativity,” the  Association of Journalists of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) held its first Congress, 2021-2025 tenure. The Political Theory Journal would be honored to introduce the speech by Prof., Dr. NGUYEN XUAN THANG, Politburo Member, President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council at the Congress. The Editorial Board names the title.

(PTOJ) - The 13^th Party Congress has set forth viewpoints, guidelines and tasks on improving the leadership and ruling capacity and renewing the Party leadership and ruling mode to meet the requirements of the new era. Given their responsibilities, Party committees and organizations, cadres and Party members are tasked with studying, thoroughly grasping and organizing the complete, profound and effective implementation of the views, tasks and solutions stipulated in the Congress documents. The article mentions several tasks to improve leadership and ruling capacity in association with the renewal of the Party leadership and ruling mode at the request of the 13^th Party Congress. 

(PTOJ) - Editorial Board: On February 9, 2022, in Hanoi, the Central Committee for Communication and Education in collaboration with the Central Theoretical Council and the Truth National Political Publishing House launched the book “Some theoretical and practical issues on socialism and the path towards socialism in Vietnam” by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. The Political Theory Journal would like to highlight the introduction of the book at the Launching Ceremony presented by Prof., Dr. TA NGOC TAN, Standing Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council. The title of the article is named by the Editorial Board.
