l Do Thi Thach: The viewpoints of Marxism - Leninism on socialism - Its values and issues to be supplemented and developed

The theory of socialism was founded by K.Marx, Ph.Engels and V.I.Lenin on the basis of researching and summarizing the practice of capitalist society in the nineteenth century and the early twentieth century. This theoretical foundation then became a scientific and methodological basis for the working class, the Communist Party in the world to apply, supplement and develop into their practical conditions to build socialism. However, their doctrine was born more than 170 years ago, there are points that need to be researched, supplemented and developed in accordance with the new context. This is their will as well as the responsibility of the Communist Party to develop Marxist-Leninist theory, so that socialism becomes reality and has a strong vitality.

l Ho Trong Hoai: Ho Chi Minh with the Communist International and the creative application of Marxism - Leninism to the revolution of Vietnam

During the years of searching for a way to save the country, with intellect and political sensitivity, Ho Chi Minh chose and voluntarily joined the ranks of the Communist International (International III), because he find out the common goal with this communist organization. Since then, Ho Chi Minh became a communist, educated and trained by the Communist International and made important contributions to the communist movement and international workers. As a true Marxist, Ho Chi Minh creatively applied Marxism-Leninism to Vietnam's practical conditions, leading the Vietnamese revolutionary earn victories.

l Nguyen Van Quyet, Khuat Trong Nam: The viewpoints of the Communist International on the issue of colonized nations and its meaning to Vietnam

In 1919, under the leadership of V. I. Lenin and the Russian Party, the Communist International (International III) was established. One of the key tasks of the Communist International is to

develop the theory and leadership of the national liberation movement in colonial countries. The view of the Communist International on national and colonial issues is a theoretical flag and a guideline for the Vietnamese revolution including national revolution of the people's democracy and the construction of socialism currently.

l Le Ngoc Hung: Renovation of university management in Vietnam - Systematic theory and formation of a modern and professional model

The system theory shows that university management is a complex coordination between the state, the market and the scientific world. Thus, the university administration models appear to be compatible with different socio-economic environment of each country. In Vietnam,

subsidized bureaucratic governance model is being reformed. A modern and professional one is being formed under the management of the state, influenced by markets and participated by many stakeholders to improve the quality of training and expand the opportunity of higher

education to meet the requirements of sustainable development of the country.

l Nguyen Thi Bao: Solutions for the actualization of gender equality and women empowerment in Vietnam

Promoting gender equality and women empowerment is the goal of all humanity, including Vietnam. Currently, besides achievements, Vietnam still has many limitations, so it is necessary to have views and synchronous implementation of 6 basic solutions: raising awareness of cadres and people; improving policies and laws; strengthening the role of the whole political system; strengthening inspection, supervision and handling of law violations; strengthening international cooperation, taking advantage of resources to ensure gender equality and women's empowerment; encouraging women themselves to strive to overcome barriers to access and enjoy their rights.

l Ngo Dinh Xay: Motivation for national renovation in the transitional period to socialism in Vietnam

Motivation is the combination of inner impulse elements, pushing for development. A problem that is both urgent and long-term strategic in the current theoretical research in our country is the research to discover the dynamics to promote the fast and sustainable development of the country. Those motivations must influence, activate and create a repulsive force for the subject of society (the people). In other words, it is necessary to find and activate the total motivation to create resilience and creativity for the people - the owner of socio-economic development of the country.

l Le Duy Thang, Tran Tuan Son: The Russian military dealing with “Colour revolution”

Since the end of the Cold War, in order to intervene in the internal affairs of nations, the United States and Western countries have conducted "colour revolution" or "coloured revolution" and in fact they has been successful in some countries. Facing the threat of "colour revolution", the Russian leadership had made effective responses to protecting sovereignty, security and national interests. From the reality of developments in some countries, "colour revolution" is still and will be one of the threats that threaten national independence and the construction of socialism in many countries, including Vietnam.
