Abstract: A partnership is the only company in the form of a partnership company in Vietnam currently. Therefore, the factors of the partnership company have greatly influenced the organizational structure of the partnership. The article researches on the organizational structure of a partnership under the provisions of the Law on Enterprise 2020, from which, points out the limitations, shortcomings and proposes some recommendations.
