(PTOJ) - Based on the analysis of President Ho Chi Minh’s thought on common attitudes toward mistakes and shortcomings within the Party, this article analyzes and affirms the most correct and revolutionary attitudes that party members and cadres should adopt when facing mistakes and shortcomings. From this analysis, the article draws valuable lessons for the current works of Party building and rectification.

(PTOJ) - The State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has full power in organization and operation, effectively fulfilling the role of state management under the authorization of the people. The Party's leadership over the State does not decrease the State power at all. On the contrary, it ensures that the State is increasingly clean, strong, effective, and efficient, truly a socialist law-ruled State of the people, by the people and for the people. This article analyzes the legal and practical bases proving the real rights of the State of Vietnam.

(PTOJ) - Currently, hostile forces are putting forth many extremist and biased opinions, which demonstrate a lack of objectivity and even distortion of the situation regarding religion and religious policies in Vietnam. All of this is part of a political scheme aimed at denying the Party and State of Vietnam's religious policy reforms. This article contributes to identifying the distorted discourse on religious freedom in Vietnam and presents arguments to refute those claims.

Crushing the slander and distorted claims of no democracy and human rights in Vietnam

(LLCT) - Respecting and ensuring democracy and human rights is the consistent viewpoint of the Party, and at the same time, is part of the nature and goals of the Vietnamese socialist regime as has been defined in the Platforms and Constitutions throughout the different time periods. Over the years, Vietnam has made unremitting efforts to realize that goal, and in fact has achieved many remarkable achievements in ensuring democracy and human rights. However, with dark political intrigues, hostile and reactionary forces often fabricate, distort and slander by claiming that Vietnam does not practice democracy and doesn’t respect human rights. Therefore, it is very necessary to expose those evil plots and tricks, affirming the superior democratic nature of the Vietnamese socialist regime.

Building national value system in the progress of becoming a socialist-oriented developed country

(PTOJ) - The 13th National Party Congress requires that “focusing on research, identification and implementation of the national value system, cultural value system and human standards associated with preserving and developing the value system of Vietnamese family in the new era”(1). Currently, on the basis of 9 basic values: peace, unity, independence, a rich people, a strong country, democracy, justice, civilization, happiness(2) which were enumerated at the National Cultural Conference (24th November 2021), it is possible to continue to perfect the national value system in this period in which Vietnam strives to “become a socialist-oriented developed country by the middle of the twenty-first century” as determined at the 13th National Party Congress. The report outlines the position, role and function of the national value system; the construction practices and the values constituting the current Vietnamese value system.

This article analyzes and clarifies the basic content and proposes some solutions to promote digital transformation in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. The article is the resulting of researching the topic QG.21.42: “Research and propose solutions to manage social development in the context of digital transformation to serve the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress” by Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
