To enhance this role, the article proposes solutions about raising awareness of cadres, civil servants, and party members; building a contingent of cadres; perfecting the legal system on religion; improving the effectiveness of communication and education; innovating methods of inspection, supervision, and settlement when there are violations in the field of state management of religion.

To promote the values of Buddhism for social life in Quang Ninh, it is necessary to raise awareness, strengthen state management and improve the material life and qualifications of all aspects for Buddhists.

(PTOJ) - Assigning, coordinating, and controlling among State agencies in the exercise of legislative, executive, and judicial powers is an effective mechanism for organizing and exercising State power in practice. The completion of the legal mechanism for assigning, coordinating, and controlling State power will promote socialist democracy, repel corruption, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of State management. The article focuses on explaining the inevitability and proposing solutions to perfecting the legal mechanism for assigning, coordinating, and controlling State power in Vietnam today.

(PTOJ) - In recent years, the hostile and reactionary forces have thoroughly made use of the development of the internet and social networks to diffuse “bad”, “toxic” information, and wrongful and distorted claims in order to attack the Party’s ideological foundation, causing negative impacts on the thinking of cadres, party members and people. Therefore, defending the Party’s ideological foundation, fighting to prevent wrongful and hostile views on social networks is an urgent, regular and long-term task of the entire political system and the entire population. The article contributes to clarify the current situation and proposes a number of solutions to protect the Party’s ideological foundation, fight against wrongful and hostile views on social networks in Vietnam today.

(LLCT) - Since its establishment, the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) has set out the right revolutionary goals, guidelines, and strategies to meet the requirements of the nation’s history and times. Thus, its revolutionary leadership is recognized. The CPV represents the interests of the entire nation and proves its leadership capacity and political prestige. Many Party members become immortal examples and monuments in the hearts and minds of the people. The Party has led the Vietnamese people to gain one victory to another; therefore, it is the only Party which is genuinely revolutionary, with proper revolutionary guidelines, truly courageous, intelligent and striving for the goal of “serving the Fatherland and the people,” to be deserved to lead the Vietnamese revolution.

(LLCT) - The new-generation free trade agreements (FTA) have been selected by various countries in multilateral cooperation with regional and global countries due to their benefits in socio-economic development, including a mechanism to ensure human rights which are becoming increasingly focused. However, the signing and joining of new-generation FTAs have certain obstacles in ensuring human rights. This article is an overview of the human rights assurance mechanism in new-generation FTAs through the description of the institutions and regulations established for the implementation of the provisions to ensure human rights in new-generation FTAs. At the same time, advantages, as well as limitations of this mechanism, will be presented.

(LLCT) - To date, the struggle against opportunism, revisionism which attempt to distort the scientific and revolutionary nature of scientific socialism has become more complicated and acute when socialist realism has not come out of the crisis, and the world revolutionary movement has fallen into recession after the collapse of the socialist model in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. Therefore, it is of great importance to clarify the wrongful claims about socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam in order to contribute to the protection of the Party's ideological foundation in the current period.

(LLCT) - When it comes to religion, Marxism - Leninism has sparked great concerns of worldwide scholars regardless of thought, ideology, and discipline. Despite being widely agreed and clarified by various supporters, the Marxist - Leninist viewpoint on religion is also denied partly or entirely by a number of scholars, parties, and forces. One of the arguments is that Marxism - Leninism has declared a fight against religion, and that its concept of "the abolition of religion" has been outdated and misguided right from the era of K.Marx and V.I.Lenin. The article is going to analyze and elaborate the argument of "the fight against religion" and "the abolition of religion" to comprehensively understand Marxism - Leninism’s viewpoint on religion as well as to rebut distortions separating the communists from the religious people.

(LLCT) - The schemes of imperialism and hostile forces are to eliminate the leadership of the Communist Party, abolish the socialist regime. They use a multitude of allegations to distort and disclaim the development guidelines of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), especially the socialist-oriented market economy in Vietnam. However, the undeniable achievements of the country's reform process prove that the development of socialist-oriented market economy is the right choice for Vietnam.

(LLCT) - Since its origin, Marxism - Leninism has been distorted in a dogmatic or opportunistic manner. Particularly, the schemes to distort Marxism - Leninism have become greater in scale, more diverse in form, more dangerous in nature, and more wicked in level after real socialism in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe collapsed. The article helps clarify the scientific and revolutionary nature and vitality of Marxism - Leninism and fight against wrongful and hostile views.
