Abstract: In Ho Chi Minh's thought, the idea of ​​building a team of intellectuals is an important content. Applying Ho Chi Minh's thought on building a team of intellectuals to building a contingent of Lao female intellectuals is an urgent issue today, to successfully implement the cause of industrialization and modernization in Lao People's Democratic Republic. The article focuses on generalizing a number of theoretical and practical issues in building a team of Lao female intellectuals; on that basis, propose measures to build the current contingent of Lao female intellectuals according to Ho Chi Minh's thought.
