Abstract: In thecontext ofthe Fourth Industrial Revolution is taking place strongly on a global scale, digital transformation is not only a trend but has become an indispensable and objective requirement for everycountry and in all fields. Digital transformation is an important way to realize the will and aspiration to develop the country in the coming decades. The articleis going toanalyse and clarifythe basic contents and proposes some solutions to promote digital transformation in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13^th Party Congress. The article is the research result of the project QG.21.42: “Research and propose solutions to manage social development in the context of digital transformation to serve the implementation of the Resolution of the 13^th Party Congress” by Hanoi National University.
