Abstract: Besides theoretical thinking and pedagogy qualifications, practical performance is not only an intrinsic requirement for lecturers in social sciences and humanities, but also the objective requirement to improve the quality of educatgion and training in the context of building smart schools to keep up with the fourth industrial revolution.
