(LLCT) - Based on the theory and results of reviewing the current legal documents, one can see that in principle, Vietnamese women have almost no difficulty in pursuing a life of equality and freedom. However, reality shows that there are many barriers that women, especially women subjected to domestic violence, face in accessing justice when solving their cases. This article analyzes the situation of the access to justice by women who experience domestic violence in Vietnam, thereby suggesting some solutions to improve the situation and better support this vulnerable group of women. 

(LLCT) - In the current global trend of national governance innovation, people play an increasingly important role and become more involved in the policy making and implementation process. Based on the study of the Party’s and State’s regulations, laws, and the reality of people's participation in social management activities through the results of the Vietnam Provincial Governance and Public Administration Index (PAPI), this article suggests how to promote people's participation in social management.

(LLCT) - On March 8th, 2018, Vietnam signed the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) with the representatives from 10 other member countries. On January 14th, 2019, CTPPP took effect in Vietnam. The signing of this Agreement opened a lot of opportunities as well as challenges for trade union organizations. This article clarifies the functions of trade unions and shows the difficulties and challenges they face, this article also mentions some solutions to further promote the role of trade unions in gathering and protecting the benefits of their members in the future.

(LLCT) - Regional linking to create typical and unique tourism products to attract tourists have been implemented in many parts of the world as well as in Vietnam. For the Northwest, linkage is a good trend, which has been actively engaged in many localities to develop tourism, some linkage models have shown initial results. This article aims to provide some suggestions on regional linking policy for Northwestern tourism development based on analyzing results as well as the limitations that need to be overcome in Northwestern provinces.

(LLCT) - President Ho Chi Minh once said: “Personnel work is the root of all works”, by being well aware of that, during the process of leading the construction and development of the country, the Party and the State of Vietnam always paid attention to personnel development. One of the key tasks they worked towards was improving organizational personnel in terms of quantity and quality; and at the same time, focused on issuing regulations to standardize and develop leaders at all levels. However, personnel development has many problems and negatively affected the sustainable development process of the country. In this article, we will focus on democracy, publicity, and transparency in personnel work, which is an important and fundamental solution in preventing and combating corruption in personnel work development in Vietnam today.

Being an Advanced Party School - the HCMA becomes a alimentation place for communist ideals, which shows the spirit of creativity, humanity, perseverance, determination and innovation spirit of the leaders and managers of political system.

(LLCT) - Implementing independent, autonomy, multilateral, diversified external relations guidelines, taking initiative and being active in integrating internationally, expanding and bringing external relations into depth, over the years, the Communist Party of Vietnam’s external relations have followed closely the spirit of the 12th Party Congress Resolution with the viewpoint of innovative thinking, autonomy and activeness, and continue maintaining their role as the major external relations force in the country’s comprehensive diplomacy, contributing to the promotion of bilateral relations and building an important political foundation for Vietnam’s integration process.

(LLCT) - Investment in healthcare infrastructure to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment at communal health stations, regional polyclinics and district health centers always receives due attention from the Party and the State of Vietnam. Through analysis of the current situation of public investment in the development of healthcare infrastructure in the Northwest region, the article points out the difficulties and limitations, such as: investment capital mainly comes from the state budget; public-private partnership (PPP) has not yet played a clear role, the effects of socio-economic infrastructure investment in general and healthcare infrastructure in particular are insufficient. Therefrom, the article proposes solutions to synchronously develop socio-economic infrastructure, invest in healthcare infrastructure, increase the number of  stations, improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, and provide access to health services for people in the Northwest. 

(LLCT) - In recent years, labor shift from agriculture to industry and services in Vietnam has gradually taken place in a positive direction, in line with the development trend of the economy. However, apart from the achieved results, there remain a number of problems that authorities must seek solutions in order to further promote labor shift from agriculture to industry and services to meet the requirements of international integration and the fourth industrial revolution.

(LLCT) - According to international and Vietnamese law, domestic violence is the serious violation of the basic human rights and freedom of women. In Vietnam, the legal framework for preventing and combating domestic violence has been built. However, the effectiveness of implementing these rules still encounters challenges which are even caused by the crimical judicial system. This leads to the situation that complaints about domestic violence encounter difficulties on seeking support. The article further clarifies the roles of the procedural agencies in taking responsibility for dealing with the domestic violence acts and raises some recommendations to improve the apparatus of agencies in charge of protecting Vietnamese domestic violence victims.
