Abstract: Da Nang city has successfully built a robust and transparent and strong political and party structure over the years, reaffirming its status as a modern and civilized city. Vietnam Fatherland Front and other socio-political organizations in the city, in particular, have placed a greater emphasis on the grassroots, encouraging the role of monitoring and social criticism as well as creating a strong people-based unity block, establishing social consensus.
