Abstract:Over the past years, the Party and State have paid special attention to building and perfecting the Socialist law-ruled State of Vietnam in general, reforming the judiciary, and improving the quality of the Court's operations in particular. The Party has promulgated many documents⁽¹⁾; The National Assembly, the Supreme People's Court and other competent agencies have promulgated many laws and documents detailing and guiding the implementation of the Party's judicial reform guidelines, serving as a basis for the implementation of the guideline in practice⁽²⁾. Thanks to that, Vietnamese judiciary has achieved important achievements, contributing to the effective implementation of the task of protecting justice, protecting human rights, citizens' rights, protecting the socialist regime, and protecting interests of the State, the lawful rights and interests of organizations and individuals. The article clarifies the views, goals, tasks and solutions for judicial reform in Vietnam today.
