Abstract: Leadership by the Platform, strategies, resolutions, and orientation of major guidelines and policies are among the Party’s leadership and ruling methods. To renovate the Party’s leadership and ruling methods, it is necessary for the Party to reform both the formation and issuance of resolutions and the organization of implementing resolutions, the inspection and supervision of the Party’s resolutions. The article proposes some specific measures to continue to innovate both of these stages.
